Shipping policy

We are a small team, and orders are sent out weekly.  Please be aware that shipping times may vary, thank you for understanding.

We send orders by DHL Express or Australia Post. Tracked shipping worldwide. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The price varies based on weight/size and also delivery location. The shipping calculation will always appear in the checkout before you make payment. 

Please note that shipment costs do not include customs charges and/or taxes that may be due upon arrival of the package in its country of destination. The courier will contact you, by the email address you provide when placing the order, to request any customs charges and/or taxes. Please note that if this is not paid, or paid late, your order will be returned.

Drain Publishing does not pay customs duties (local taxes) for international orders. This is not included in the cost of purchase, and these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Drain Publishing is not responsible for any mistakes in the delivery that may arise due to incorrect information provided by you. 

Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All orders are marked as 'Merchandise'. We will not mark the package as 'Gift', or reduce the value of the contents, as this is illegal and we could be fined for this.

Please note for US-based customers: From 29 August 2025, the United States introduced new tariffs on all imported goods. Delivery with DHL is possible, and US customers are responsible for paying all tariffs and fees before US Customs release goods. If these fees are not paid, your package will return to us. 

26 August 2025: Due to recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and its overseas territories, Australia Post has temporarily suspended international postal services to these destinations, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.
